how we can help you?

Prepare for a useful first conversation

Tell us what needs to work better

You do not need a finished specification before contacting DigiCareHouse. Share the challenge, the people it affects, and the outcome you want. We will help turn that starting point into clear next steps.

What to include in your enquiry

A short, honest description is more useful than a polished brief with important gaps. Tell us what your organization does, who the project is for, and what currently causes frustration or limits growth. If you are considering automation, describe the repetitive work, the systems involved, how often it happens, and where a person must make a decision. If you need a website or digital product, explain the audience, the main actions they should complete, and what is not working in the current experience.

It also helps to mention any important date, known budget range, existing platform, internal owner, or approval requirement. These details do not lock the project into a solution. They help us suggest a realistic route and involve the right people from the beginning. Attachments are optional; links to an existing site, workflow notes, examples, or available analytics can be reviewed after the first conversation.

What happens after you send the form

We review the enquiry to understand the type of support required and whether our capabilities match the problem. A suitable next step is usually a focused discovery call. During that conversation, we clarify the desired outcome, current situation, audience, constraints, stakeholders, and the decisions that must be made. We may ask for access to additional information later, but we do not expect you to solve the project before speaking with us.

After discovery, we summarize our understanding and recommend a practical way forward. Depending on the complexity, that could be a defined project proposal, a paid discovery phase, an audit, or a smaller proof of concept. The recommendation will explain scope, responsibilities, assumptions, timing, and what success should mean. If another specialist would be a better fit, we would rather say so than force the challenge into an unsuitable service.

How we shape scope and estimates

Reliable estimates depend on shared understanding. A simple page, a connected customer platform, and an automation touching several business systems carry very different levels of uncertainty. We therefore separate confirmed requirements from assumptions and identify any dependency that could change cost or timing. This makes the proposal easier to evaluate and reduces surprises once delivery begins.

Where the full solution is not yet clear, we can define a first phase that answers the riskiest questions. Research, process mapping, technical investigation, content planning, or a working prototype can provide the evidence needed for a larger investment. We favor staged commitments when they protect the client and improve the quality of the decision. You should know what is included, what is not included, and how a change would be handled before work starts.
